Conceptual Framework and Case Study Analysis

VET IAS School of Business – NEXUS (MBA Association organized a workshop on “Conceptual Framework & Case Study Discussion” for 9 days throughout the Even Semester in the AY 2024–25. The workshop provides an in-depth knowledge on theoretical concepts in different domains of Management and enhance participants to relate theoretical concepts with application in real-world contexts. This workshop serves as a platform to explore how conceptual frameworks can be systematically applied to analyse, interpret, and address diverse challenges while taking managerial decisions.

The sessions are designed to provide participants with an understanding of structure and components of Case Methods. The participants learned how to develop frameworks on market research, new product development, strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making processes.
